Date Status Remarks

2021-08-19 14:38 to 2021-09-02 16:51

BEEP base Join server not available through TTNv2 gateways Due to an overload of the Things Cloud packet broker, the Join message forward from TTN v2 to TTN v3 was temporarily disabled. As a result, new BEEP bases and BEEP bases that were temporarily off-line not join the LoRa network. It has beens solved by The Things Indistries.
If you have a TTN gateway on TTNv2 stak, you have to migrate your TTNv2 gateway to TTNv3 (The Things Cloud) before December 2021.

2021-08-29 09:00-10:00 CET

BEEP measurement data not saved The BEEP API was temporarily unavailable due to a bug in the code.
2021-08-23 23:00 CET BEEP app and API  unavaiable Migration to new server stack: from 23:46 tot 00:46 CET, measurement data can be lost. The app database has been off-line for about 30 minutes from 00:15 tot 00:46 CET. Measurement data between May 2021 and August 23 2021 will be grdually put back, this can take a couple of days. Now the BEEP app is fast again!
2021-06-30  Migration of all TTN v2 device to TTN v3 The Things Network migrates it's software stack from v2 to v3 (The Things Cloud) check this link. We migrated all TTN v2 (BEEP base) devices to TTN v3. These devices keep on receiving data via the Packet-broker.
NB: If you own a TTN gateway, you have to migrate it before the end of 2021 to TTN v3. Check this manual.
2021-06-03 - 2021-06-18 BEEP app high weight readings Due to a bug in the code, the BEEP app occasionally showed extremely high readings during this period. The bug was fixed on 06/18/20 @ 4:00 PM CET. Please report to support@beep.nl if you have calibrated your BEEP base with the BEEP base app, but you still see high weight readings after 06/18/20 @ 4:00 PM CET. The high weight values will be automatically corrected back to normal weight values.

BEEP app down for upscaling server BEEP server scale up to bigger instance. Took until 2021-06-03 01:35 CET. Data downtime: 2x 5 minutes. Due to slow disk IO of the bigger disk, the app can be occasionally slow. We are trying to find a solution for this problem.
